August 11, 2010 – 3:50 am Tamron have advertised the availability of their already-announced 70-300mm lens. The USD in the name is what makes this one special – it stands for “Ultrasonic Drive” and is Tamron’s new equivalent to Nikon’s AF-S (and Sigma’s HSM).
